Gov. M. Jodi Rell has announced the creation of a $9 million fund that will make investments in seed companies focused on innovations that conserve energy and resources, protect the environment or eliminate harmful waste. The fund will be called the Connecticut Clean Tech Fund, and it will be administered by Connecticut Innovations, the state’s quasi-public authority responsible for technology investing and innovation development. more
